[INVITATION:] TO THE BILATERAL BUSINESS MATCHMAKING EVENT FOR THE JOINT CREDITING MECHANISM

It is our great pleasure to inform you that Ministry of Environment and Tourism of Mongolia, Climate Change Project Implementing unit under the Environment and Climate Fund, together with the Ministry of the Environment Japan, Oversees Environment Cooperation Centre and the Business Council of Mongolia are organizing the Bilateral Business Matchmaking event for the Joint Crediting Mechanism.

 

The Joint Crediting Mechanism (JCM) facilitates diffusion of leading low carbon technologies, products, systems, services, and infrastructure as well as an implementation of mitigation actions, and contributes to sustainable development of developing countries.

 

The purpose of Bilateral Business Matchmaking event is to introduce and facilitate the Joint Crediting Mechanism between Mongolia and Japan to potential business partners, to assist companies in getting in touch with each other and sharing information on the new technology, services, and project activities they seek or offer, as well as to exchange information.

 

One of the main goals of the Bilateral Matchmaking event is to increase the number of GHG mitigation projects based on business in Mongolia through the JCM.

The Business Matchmaking event will be held on 7 November 2018 at the Corporate Convention Centre, Ulaanbaatar Mongolia.
